About Commodity Exchange/Return
If you want to exchange/return goods, please contact us by email in advance and return the goods within 7 days of your delivery date.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return.
- Dirty or scratched products caused by customers
- Products used (opened)
- All custom-made product sales are final and are not eligible for return
We will underwrite the shipping costs due to product defects.
All refunds will be made by bank transfer.
All fees related to return goods shall be borne by the customer due to customer's personal reasons, such as errors in placing order and dissatisfaction.
