  • 15% off for orders of $100 - $499.99
  • 20% off for orders of $500 - $999.99
  • 25% off for orders of $1000+

Note: Final pricing is subject to confirmation based on variables including product type, current inventory levels, and shipping destination.

 

Sample Review Policy

We understand the necessity of evaluating product quality prior to committing to a large-volume purchase.

  • Eligibility: Available to potential first-time customers who are considering substantial bulk orders.
  • Quantity & Type: Sample quantity and types are assessed individually based on your specific procurement needs and the product's value.
  • Pricing: Samples are generally provided free of charge. Please contact our team to confirm shipping costs and other specific arrangements.

Sales Tax Exemption Policy

We facilitate exemption from state and local sales tax for all qualified U.S. entities.

For eligible U.S. institutions, we support exemption from state/local sales tax.

  • Exemption Eligibility: Applies to IRS-certified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, government agencies, and other state-exempt entities.
  • Required Documentation: You must provide a valid State Sales Tax Exemption Certificate prior to placing your order. IRS rulings serve as supplementary documentation and cannot independently replace state exemption certificates.
  • Document Submission: Please send scanned copies of your tax exemption certificates to us for review and record-keeping.
  • Validity Period: Please verify the expiration date on the exemption certificate you provide. Expired documents will not be accepted.

Ordering Process

  • Submit Inquiry and Specifications Please email collaborate@loukin.com or complete the contact form, detailing the required product model(s), quantity, and delivery address. Our sales team will respond within 2 to 3 business days.
  • Tax Exemption Verification For tax exemption requests, please include your valid State Sales Tax Exemption Certificate with your initial submission.

  • Final Interpretation: Loukin reserves the exclusive right to the final interpretation of all bulk purchase terms, discounts, and policies referenced herein.
  • Restriction on Resale: Products purchased under this bulk agreement may not be resold, leased, or transferred to third parties.
